Telhinia organic dried figs comes from the figs of the “Smyrneiki ” variety. Their authentic and full taste is due to the continuation of their traditional cultivation, as ourgrandparents cultivated, as it is without the addition of other additional ingredients.
Their harvest takes about a month (August) and their drying is done in the traditional way in wooden crates and lasts 7-10 days depending on the weather conditions.
